I saw an ad and clicked on it about accident and injury lawyers, filled out the info. Received a call less than an hour afterwards, I missed the call..received a text from Kenneth to return the call at my convenience, I did and talked to Kenneth, who was really nice and informative, very pleasant to talk to, gathered my information and I decided to move forward with this claim, with Monge and Associates reprenting me. I have called 3 other Law Firms that either put me on hold and never called back, told me that I would have to provide all the information before they could make a decision, or just never called back. Speaking with Brandon, eased my anxiety over someone helping me with the incident. I no longer have to figure out how to get all of the information together.
