I contacted Hendrick & Henry regarding a ticket I had received. Ben Mozingo was responsive, accommodating, and very nice to work with...a true delight! I was required to handle a couple of things on my end and Ben was able to resolve my ticket without a conviction on my driving record and no points. I'm very appreciative and would highly recommend him.

Where do I begin?! I received an unfair reckless driving ticket in a county in Georgia and had no clue on who to seek for help. Also as an out-of-state driver, I was afraid my license would be suspended. I got my first speeding ticket after about 10 years and went into panic mode, but I got referred to Henry and Hendrick Law through a family member, and it was best decision I could have made. If you ever get a ticket in Braselton, GA you need to call Hendrick & Henry Law. In May of 2021 I was headed north on I-85 and was pulled over in Braselton, GA for speeding. I was given a ticket for 93 in a 70 MPH zone. I do not live in Georgia so going back at a future date would not have been possible to fight/plead my case based . I did some research learned about Georgia's "Super Speeder" law and the transfer of points to my home state that could have led to a license suspension and my insurance sky rocketing. I soon realized that I was in deep and needed some legal advice. I googled "Braselton + speeding ticket" and Hendrick & Henry's site was a top result. I read their reviews and they were all glowing and outstanding. To the point I was skeptical. Well, I am glad I reached out to them because they lived up to their reviews.
