We hired Todd Poole to assist us with dealing with an unsavory developer who had breached contract multiple times on the completion and delivery of our new home. Mr. Poole was not only honest and fair, he was also extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic. What a fantastic counsel for a family who was already at wits’ end with a builder who was more than willing to lie and string us along ad infinitum.
