First and foremos, I want to say that everyone we spoke to was nothing but cordial, genuine and very informative. They handled our case with care, consideration and respect. Not once was I spoken to rudely or disrespectfully by any one in their office. I conversed the most with Paulina and Victoria and they were patient and willing to put up with my goofy questions. I appreciated this because, I actually happen to be an autistic person, and not once did they ever make me feel bad for what I didn't know nor did they spurn my curiosity about the process. I dont say im autistic outright because i like to gage how i am treated upfront without anyone having context. Because that shows me the truth of how folks act. I appreciate firms who hire people like this because they're hiring humans and not just employees. I'm grateful that my research led me to this firm and if you want to be treated with respect, decency, and honesty, you want to work with this firm. They do quality work. They do keep in touch with you throughout the entire process. They don't stop taking your calls when you have simple/stupid/goofy questions. They don't leave you hanging and they don't talk down to people. If anything, it was refreshing to see a place where my expectations have been exceeded.
