To quote my mother, “Nobody has an accident on purpose. If they did, they would call them ‘on purposes’ and not accidents.” Huge thank you to Mr. Arca for representing me on my case. Accidents happen, but Mr. Arca’s attention to detail every step of the way was able to minimize the impact.

My cousin came to visit over the holidays and got a ticket. Mr. Arca took care of it and got it dismissed. My cousin didn’t even have to come back to go to court.

WORST attorney I’ve ever dealt with! Paid Alex $1500 for a VOP situation back in 2020-21 and all he did was call my PO once or twice and then tell me there was nothing he could do AFTER accepting my money and telling me he knew my PO very well and could make something happen in my favor. He ultimately asked for more money which I declined so needless to say nothing was accomplished and I sat in jail for 45 days and Alex made the easiest $1500 of his life. So if you need a lawyer and see this, keep searching cause Alex won’t go out of his way for you like others should and will. D. Ayers Edited after business reply: Alex didn’t do ANYTHING, I maxed my probation out with time served! He wasn’t even present when I went to court via webcam(Covid procedure) for my VOP while still incarcerated, the judge told me if I had a decent attorney I would have been out at least 2 weeks earlier. Don’t lie on these reviews, Alex is a lazy excuse for a criminal defense attorney.
