Very effective attorney, amazing office staff, very happy with the results in a difficult and complex circumstance.

A friend of mine has received a consultation and afterwards gave a retainer to get started on his legitimation process. He was never contacted again except one time where he was told to send in an email of his circumstances and they would get back to him promptly. He left voicemails, emails, etc. and has received nothing in return. He would like full rights to his child he takes care of 24/7, but no one here cares.

Ms. Kelly and her staff are great! She is very professional and knowledgeable! She seems to know the law by heart and speaks clearly and confidently on her advice towards you and your case. However, she is not embarrassed at all by anything she would initially not have experience with or not know. I trust her completely, in our case pertaining to the custody of our grandchild, where we have been given, by other lawyers, incorrect information that would have resulted in the outcome being disastrous. I would recommend Ms. Kelly to anyone seeking a lawyer!

Professional, caring and she seems to know state/local codes from memory. I have had several experiences with attorneys' (from Public Defenders to local celebrities with $7500+ retainers) and I can say Ms. Kelley was the first to impress me with the level of attention she paid to my statement, she explained to me in understandable terms the situation, and even took my defense strategy into account when deciding how to proceed. She immediately caught the fact that I was charged with the wrong statute, which would have called for the suspension of my license. Not only was she able to show cause enough to get the solicitor to agree to the terms I was willing to settle with - she went a step further and had the lessor charge amended to a city ordinance. What else can I say? Easily a 5 out of 5 in all my dealings; 1st on the phone, 2nd during my appointment, and 3rd in the courtroom. A true professional. If more attorneys practiced with the ethics Ms. Kelley does - we would not have all the lawyer jokes to laugh at.
