My original post was a one star but, Ken Bernard personally called me and asked about the issues I had. He addressed my issue and took full responsibility for what happened at his office. He was not the person I had a problem with but he made sure to make it right. Even offered me a free service to show how seriously be cares about his clients experience with his business.
