I heard Amy Hayes because she was actually a friend of mine from school and I heard she was actually a good lawyer. Went to court several times where she showed up late or did not show up she would not return my phone calls or my messages and she made me plead to a deal that I didn't want to plea to and now I'm looking at going to jail because I don't think I can make all these probation payments and funds and fees and these unnecessary classes that I'm having to take and community service.

I hired her and thought she was good convinced my daughter to hire too $3000 from me and $2500 from my daughter i had 4 court appearances i was there Amy did not show up for any. two meetings scheduled a phone call scheduled she missed them i asked and asked for status as my wife was selling my property violation of Standing order 3 she did nothing i have lost thousands of dollars of equipment materials could be more who knows who cares Amy don’t care . i was persistent i mailed,texted called her assistant nothing then i called cell phone and that was “not ok” that was “abusive” so filed some motion and withdrew from my case and then to really teach me a lesson she withdrew from my daughter case she will find a way to keep most or all the money while me a homeless combat veteran suffering continues and my daughter about custody of her precious 9 year old and my granddaughter i really didn’t know lawyers could be so cruel and hurtful and get away with it. i will pray for her

I’ve been contacting Amy Hayes for the past 2 months everyday leaving voicemails, emailed her everything you can name she has yet to respond to anything ! I have a loved one who’s incarcerated and she’s assign to the case. The court date has been pushed back over and over and over numerous times , even ALL THEY CO DEFENDANTS ARE RELEASED & they currently have a court date coming up again and guess who’s nowhere to be found ?? I’m not here to shame anyone I’m more here of disappointment imagine if it was your family member who’s being treated like this , who needs support , who have family waiting on them on the outside and etc. As a lawyer this is a disgrace you supposed to help your clients not AVOID THEM. At this point the commissioner needs to be contacted and aware of the illegal actions that are being placed cause this isn’t fair !

Unless you want to be ghosted don’t use her. I have reached out numerous times to her for months about my case and she is unresponsive. Waste of money.

One of the biggest useless lawyers I have ever came across in my life she don't return phone calls texts don't stay in contact always on leave don't ever show up for court my court date is pushed back almost 6 months because of her I would never recommend her to anyone yall don't waste your money on her if I could give no stars I would

My DFCS case was very insane and I was not too sure if I wanted a lawyer to begin with. I continued getting the runaround with the state and began calling around to different firms. Everyone’s prices were ridiculous and being as young as I was, that was unmanageable. With a couple more Google searches, I found Amy. Responses were quick and everything I needed to know was always upfront and honest! As stressful as this DFCS situation was, Amy always kept my mind at ease, kept me focused on the end goal and cared about me not only as a client, but as a person. She was also not afraid to speak up for me inside and outside the courtroom. If you’re looking for an attorney that has a big heart, efficient, hard-working, solution-focused and fierce, hire Amy. You will not regret it. Planning on using her should I have anymore legal trouble. Highly recommended. ✅

Amy represented my son in a DUI case and she did an excellent job. She started working on his case immediately after we retained her and she was able to get him an amazing deal. She worked with the officer and the solicitor and she was able to get his charges reduced and he got no jail time and very little probation. I think she actually cared what happened to my son and his future and and she still checks in on him from time to time to see how he's doing. Amy should charge more for her services because she is worth every dime! She is truly an AMAZING attorney.

Unresponsive- took weeks to hear back from her Never replied to opposing attorney or court communications Rude comments Wasted a year and a lot of money and received zero representation Ruined chances at having success on court

Amy is truly a compassionate and caring attorney who puts the needs of her clients FIRST & foremost. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is very upfront and honest and that is very rare in the legal world. She isnt all about money, instead she genuinely cares about her clients and their individual situations and if she doesnt believe in a potential client she wont represent them. I will ONLY hire her in the future. She has represented me in 2 cases and she is wonderful and takes time EVEN when she is at home with her family to take your calls and messages. A true God send to my family

Amy told us exactly how events would proceed in our court order modification appeal. Her self-confidence and trustworthiness put us at ease, and it's a certainty we will be engaging her services again. Another law firm that has a show on tv offered to represent us for five times what Amy charged, so feel free to ask us if we feel we got value for our money!

Amy Hayes was amazing when representing my case. She was thorough and personable when I was speaking with her. I let her know that I was not very experienced in legal matters and she took the time to make sure that I understood what was happening every step of the way. Not only did she successfully represent me, she did so with a air of confidence and competence that put me at ease in a stressful situation. I would gladly have her represent me again.
