I was under “Compact Services” from the State of Georgia. I was hoping to get some relief from the court system in Douglasville, Georgia. I attempted to contact three different attorneys to discuss my situation. Because I am in a different time zone, I contacted each attorney outside of normal business hours. I was extremely surprised that Mr. Napier responded within the hour of my initial voice mail to his office. The other attorneys never even returned my calls. Mr. Napier was always very diligent in returning my calls and keeping me informed of the progress of my appeal. He always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I did not find that with the original counselor dealing with my case. I found that Mr. Napier is highly respected by the Douglasville Judicial System and the District Attorney’s Office. I believe that was very beneficial to the successful resolution of my petition. If I were ever to need legal services again, in the State of Georgia, I would seek the assistance of Mr. Napier without any reservation.

Mr. Napier is a good person with southern values. He has a certain calmness about him that helped me feel more confident during the most stressful time in my life. Ed Naiper was very good for me. He always called me back and stayed in communcation with me, which is important. He was very patient with my indecisiveness of what to do as far as plea out, blind plea or trial. He was clear what he was advising but also very willing to go to trial if I wanted. I definitely recommend Ed Naiper as a criminal defense attorney. He was very timely in everything that I needed him to do including a bond hearing. I was facing alot of time on serious charges and got probation.

Good, dedicated lawyer who really knows what he is talking about. He really seemed to understand both my issues and how the law works. I would hire him for anything! His team was helpful, committed, and made sure my legal issues were handled as professionally as possible.

Ed handled my divorce, provided some advice on a dispute with a neighbor, and provided me with a prenuptial agreement. Always very straightforward and honest. You don't have to worry about him running fees up. He will quote you a fair charge, bill you for that, and do exactly as he says he will. Best way to describe him is to say that he operates like local businessmen use to; he understands the importance of customers and their referrals.

Recently I hired Mr. Napier to handle a situation involving my son and some trumped up charges against him. Mr. Napier advised us on how to properly handle the matter so that my son would not suffer some very tough consequences. I could not be happier.

Ed is great. He took the time to see all the details of my case. He looked for a great solution to a difficult problem. I think he actually cared about me as opposed to just wanting my money.

Mr. Napier did an overall good job with my case but had some glaring faults in the way he handled me personally. He failed to EVER return a phone call once I hired him. (Over a dozen unreturned calls.) It got to the point that neither he nor his assistant would answer the phone when I called from my phone. She would answer only when I called from another phone. I never received a final accounting of time & charges from him. After saying all that, I am very pleased with the outcome of my divorce. He even returned some of my retainer which I have never heard of before. I am honestly torn as to whether or not to recommend him to someone else.
