Since our first conversation Attorney McKnight was completely transparent. And i had talked to 10-12 different lawyers before her in hopes of replacing my previous counsel (please don’t use them… just don’t)…. But Attorney McKnight talk to me straight, assured me that she had a team and resources to assist in my family law matter. There has been much better communication as forward movement. Lastly as i called around to use Ms McKnight she was highly referred by two other attorneys that were able to take my case.

From the initial consult, I knew immediately that I had contacted the RIGHT firm to handle my divorce. The entire team was personable and very knowledgeable about my case. They answered any questions I had within a timely manner. If my attorney, Adriana, was not available, the team provided detailed information or advised when I should expect a response. The client portal was easily accessible and made the whole process quick and painless. I like how everything was conveniently located in one place and provided no opportunities for miscommunication. Adriana has the patience of Job! There were times when I became very frustrated with all the back and forth with my ex, but Adriana always remained professional and helped me process the facts and leave out the emotions. I am very satisfied with my experience and happy with the final results! Just from the phone consultation they drag it out and tell you the same thing over and over and you have to repeat facts you have told them repeatedly and correct them on facts they have not asked about. Keep searching! Also they want to seem superior by using terminology they have years of experience in but if you are truly intelligent you break stuff down to make sure your audience understands your message. Wisdom is not something that comes with age.

Though a difficult time, the attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members were very helpful and explained the process clearly.
