I attempted to use Emily Kight for a cash closing on an investment property. After nearly 5 months of excuses I had to pull the plug. She wasted my time, the sellers time in one big colossal fart. I am reminded of a famous quote: The person who really wants to do something finds a way; the other person finds an excuse.
