Great work flow, speedy and accurate. Nice office too. but do something at entrance of the building, it is extremely dangerous to make a left from pleasant hill.

Closing Attorney incorrectly miscalculated our payoff quote and in an attempt to quickly cover her mistake demanded the money back at 6 PM at night, whilst threatening to revoke the entire transfer if I didn't respond that day. The professional thing to do would be check the payoff quote the day of or before closing. The SMART thing to do would be to call the client in question and explain this to them rather than rely on a set of emails. Completely unprofessional and I will be sure to deter anyone I know from ever using this attorney service.

Just completed our house closing with Kahm Law and they were GREAT!! They were prepared and made sure we understood everything. Even had a much needed cell phone charger for us to use. Great customer service, convenient location, and efficent.
