I recently worked with kham law firm attorney Donnie and Allen for the closing of my new home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Donnie was so quick and professional. We didn't feel rushed at all - but he kept things quick and easy. I would def recommend him to any family or friends!!! :)

It was quite a mediocre experience, and I am used to closing attorneys that are operating out of excellence. The attorney sent the settlement statement either to me or my buyer. He never copied us both. I waited almost 10 minutes before I was greeted from someone who had to come from the back area to notice me. In addition to that, they made an error on the payoff. The office called my client, sent them another settlement statement and did not communicate any change to me as the seller’s agent. I would only close here again, if the buyer requested him like this case.

This firm contacted me but kept hidden who they were. The staff person called to say that she just "knew" one of my customers and was essentially just trying to help her out, sounding like a friend or acquaintance. This staff person providing only her first name started asking me questions and asked me to write some kind of letter that I had never heard of involving my business transactions with my own client, who was now this firm's client, working against me, but who this firm made appear as being just a personal acquaintance of this staff person, and not handling this matter as the law firm that they are. Had I known that my client had retained this law firm, then I could have provided more complete information, but that did not happen. If the law firm says that were not retained, then why did they call me in representing my own client against me? It's highly unprofessional at the very least to hide and mislead, and especially without a Letter of Representation as a law firm.

Very professional and they provided a convenient close for the buyer and for my seller. I would recommend to anyone with a real estate closing in and around Duluth!
