Went above and beyond on getting our Home sold. closed on our home on a holiday.

Kham Law are outstanding! Closed on a property from out of state. Every step was handled smoothly. All of their staff are professional, dedicated and great communicators. Also, I like that a lot of other real estate professionals use Kham Law for closing on their deals. That speaks volumes! Additionally, their process for handling wire payments is safe and secure when you follow their simple instructions. Will be using them again on a GA sale. You will be glad you chose them too over the competition!!!!

We gave them a preferred schedule for closing. They were prepared ahead of time, attentive to all our questions, handled the mortgage company smoothly/flawlessly and made us comfortable with the process from day one to day of closing. Highly recommend, we would use Kham Law for any future real estate transactions.

After selling a home, and doing a wire transfer with SCAM LAW, nearly 9k was stolen from my account the follow day(s). I was locked out of my account the next day. I had to go to my credit Union because my mobile banking app would not let me in. The person(s) who stole my information knew all my personal banking information (that was reviewed during the closing with Kham Law), and was able to call to my credit Union to make all the transactions that were taken from my account. The lawyer that reviewed the information with me at SCAM LAW made comments about my bank doing wire transfers over the phone. He said he didn’t know that particular bank did wire transfers over the phone, and that he would “keep that in mind” . The next day, I couldn’t access my account and a 3k transaction was taken out of my account over the phone. The day after, 6k was taken from my account via phone with the person acting as myself. My bank informed me that the person knew my address, checking/routing account numbers, passwords, SSN, and phone number. All this information (minus my passwords)was shared during the date of selling/closing my property. I truly believe that this was an inside job constructed by SCAM LAW. BEWARE!!!
