We hired Mr. Miles to guide us through the creation of my husband's and my personal trust. Mr. Miles checked every box that you would ever desire in a lawyer serving in that role. He exceeded all of our expectations. He is patient and walks you through every step of the process. He is able to explain concepts at a very basic level. His message response time was incredible, even during off hours. We couldn't imagine going through this challenging process without his guidance. You have a question, he has an answer. I called and asked about services and asked to be emailed. I was told that they would email me if they could not reach me by phone. They called from a blocked number and left a voice mail and never emailed. When I had originally called and was trying to ask another question, the person on the phone just hung up on me. I'm moving on to the next person. Nobody wants to use a service that's difficult to access.

I can't recommend Keith to enough people! As someone who was left permanently disabled due to a stroke at only 40, Keith developed a plan to protect me, my family, and my assets (even though I had very few!). I have peace of mind knowing that I won't lose everything if I ever have to go into assisted living ot a nursing facility.
