Atty. Jason Hayet was one of the most professional lawyers I have met. The first call we had he listened and asked questions to understand my injury. I was injured in a car accident that totaled both my car and the car that hit me from behind as I was stopped at a red light. My injury was painful and required months of physical therapy. At first I attempted to settle the incident with my insurance company. When they made me a final offer that I considered unfair, I called Atty. Hayet at the recommendation of an associate of mine. He was very clear on what I could expect when he took on my case, and he agreed that the amount the insurance company offered was not reasonable. He assured me he was going to work hard on my behalf and I found him to be true to his word. He always returned my calls, answered my questions, and kept me updated on our progress. The final result was that he was able to settle my case within the time frames he told me, and I received a check that was more than double what the insurance company was willing to pay. I am delighted with Atty. Hayet and his professionalism. He was always truthful with me and was extremely responsive throughout the months we worked together. A real credit to his profession!
