Joseph handled my case from start to finish with smooth, comfortable, professional skill from start to finish. I was rear-ended with totaled car and multiple injuries. In addition, he got a 50% increase in the value offered to replace my car! He was always available to discuss the status and did a fantastic job. It was quite a mediocre experience, and I am used to closing attorneys that are operating out of excellence. The attorney sent the settlement statement either to me or my buyer. He never copied us both. I waited almost 10 minutes before I was greeted from someone who had to come from the back area to notice me. In addition to that, they made an error on the payoff. The office called my client, sent them another settlement statement and did not communicate any change to me as the seller’s agent. I would only close here again, if the buyer requested him like this case.
