Love this firm. I can call a hundred times they were never rude always professional. I'm just waiting on my settlement. I would highly recommend them.

My experience so far with th his law firm has been awful. I was in an automobile accident back in Dec of 2015 and received medical attention from a chiropractic office nearby. The investigator recommended Attorney Burrows with high regard and I thought I would be with someone who would walk me throughout this legal process and to help me understand my rights as a client/victim. Instead, once my medical file was finally released, I reached out on a weekly basis to see if my file had been worked. Finally, after a month and a half, the young lady calculated my estimates and within 5 minutes, she called me back with the numbers. I explained to her the reason for my calls was I was using the proceeds for a down payment for my house. She said she would get this to the rep once she returned from vacation. She went on to explain that once the demand letter goes out, the insurance team has up to 30 days to respond, but assured me the process would be quick after that. Monday came and I called and spoke with the representative and she conveyed the same numbers and told me she would have the attorney sign it. That was done on June 20th. I have not received a copy of the demand letter and was not given a reason why I should not have received it. I realize they have other clients and cases they may consider more important than mine, but I am a paying client who has suffered damages and believes should be treated better than this. If I need legal representation in the future, I will not use this office nor provide a referral. Update 6:41pm: after my post, the rep contacted me and listened to my concerns and emphasize with my frustrations. She was very apologetic and assured me they are fighting for my case and have my best interest. Thank you Attorney Burrows for the fast follow up and for letting me know you care.

Met with Mr. Darrell Burrows today about my personal injury claim, He clear up some mis-understanding and mis- conceptions that I had about the process and values of a personal injury claims. A conversation that I should have had before I posted a negative review. This was my first every personal injury claim, and I hope my last, but now that I have some clarity on what the Burrows Law firm has done on my behalf, I feel satisfied that I did hire the right firm for the job. I apologize to Mr. Darrell Burrows and his firm and say thank you for taking the time to personally meet with me today. My advise to anyone hiring an attorney for the first time is t take some time and due you due diligence. Make sure you totally understand the details of your case!. Did not have a good experience, It took over a year to get an answer from the insurance company and once I did the settlement amount was not what I expected, and I wasn't expecting a large settlement but I had hoped that I would a least cover the down payment on the car I had to buy because my car was totaled. only covered 1/3 of what I had to pay out of pocket. Hope to never need a lawyer again but if I do will not use them.

These atorneys do not help you and you only get directed to Rebecca Moiner who is rude and acts like you are bothersome when you ask about what is happening with the case, as if it was not my business to know what is happening in my own case. The attorneys do not call you back even though the paralegal promises and I took my case to another lawfirm. This law firm is just out for my money and the only person who helped me was Darrell Burrow, but he only saw me one time when I signed up to hire them, and then you just get passed around threw the rude staff. I had a second car accident and hired another firm. The atorney said that this firm settled my case for less than got owed to me and that I got ripped off. This firm is nice when you heir them but then you only get to talk to paralegals who don't know what they are doing and if you complain about it they just transfer you to rebecca moiner who hangs up on you. I am so glad with the second accident we went with my pastur's atorney
