I spoke to one of the Attys on the phone Darrell and he was very uncaring about my feelings about my family members case. I sensitive.

The staff were friendly and courteous!!! I never had to worry about anything when it came to mine and my daughter 's case. They kept us informed about every step. I would definitely use them again!!!

Being my first time working with an attorney, I had no idea what to expect. But let me tell you.. It was such a pleasant experience! Very informative & friendly establishment. I honestly can not say anything negative about this firm. Everything went so smoothly from the start of my case until the day I received my settlement. Donna Rotella, handled my case. She was by far the most kindest, sweetest, and MOST helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There was never a time that I called n couldn't get in touch with her. I wish I could’ve spoke with the guy I spoke with the first time. I came into the office for a consultation and Lisa was extremely rude from the gate. We didn’t get too far into the conversation because after the second rude remark I knew there was no way I could do business here. The receptionist was very friendly
