Completely unorganized. Lack of communication. Customer service confused. No one could give me an answer on anything as its always someone else's job.

After checking the reviews this couldn’t be further than the truth about ever negative thing that is being said on this title company in the DULUTH location. I’m speaking specifically on this location. Not responsive, unorganized, communication isn’t there, & moves extremely slow. The list can go on forever but this is just a horrible title company to do deals with overall. Nobody within the office seems to communicate on files. Bad experience I DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Up to the closing was rocky had to look them up to see how long they were in business. There were some unprofessionalism with call backs and responding in a timely manner. Wasn't very impressed with them.

These attorneys are prompt and professional. They do a very good job of explaining each document for the buyer and seller.

Horrible horrible horrible! Do not do business with these people! From staff to the closing attorney to every single of one of them in this office. Horrible is all I can say. You will regret giving them your business!

Excellent real estate attorney!

After our last closing with O'Kelley & Sorohan we will no longer in good faith be able to use them as a preferred or recommended attorney. Their communication on this transaction was very poor. At one point emails and calls from all parties were going unanswered resulting in a lot of avoidable confusion. When calling to figure out what was going on Candace was very rude. Overall bad experience.

I am a real estate agent and seller, who recently closed with this firm. I sold my own home and that is the only positive in this situation, me being the client rather than another client of mine. After receiving the initial welcome email, my admin sent a standard email to check on the status of our file. No response, waited a week, sent another email. Still no response, so I also sent a follow up email hoping the pre-closer, Daisy, would get back to us. Nothing. Finally asked my admin to call their office and she spoke with Daisy who sounded confused and had no information about our file. We asked to have the file transferred to the Hiram office, which they were okay with; however, when it was time to transfer the file that is when Daisy started asking for documents that she was supposed to request in the prior weeks. Once she realized she didn't already have the necessary documents then she advised us that closing would be delayed - no apology or valid reason for her absence and lack of response, besides "computer glitches" and not receiving our emails. Frustrated, we moved on and Leanne Long stepped in to help but ended up being no help at all. Still a complete lack of response on their end, re-requesting items that were already provided and then our CASH deal wasn't funded at our Friday 10:30am closing - they were kind enough to tell me the funds weren't there, as we were signing. I was assured they'd email and I could come back and collect the checks that afternoon. No calls or emails received by 4:30pm, gave them a call and was told to go to the Marietta location. On the way to Marietta, I received another call about the checks NOT being ready. Called Leanne @ Duluth and the receptionist advised that Leanne couldn't take my call, but was working on our funding (knowing that Monday was Labor Day). Tuesday morning, still no calls or emails. I had to go back to the Hiram office to request immediate payment and was treated as if I was the one providing poor service. Throughout this ordeal, I called Leanne Long and Lindsay Smithson - no call back from either of them. I also copied them in on all emails, sharing my feedback and concerns - completely ignored. This was the worst experience ever! I had to deal with unprofessional staff (besides Jessica Grandpierre), rude attorneys, and incompetent pre-closers. If someone would've had the decency, professionalism, and courtesy to address my concerns, that would've been a simple, but huge effort. Unfortunately, I don't think this firm operates on any of those values.

Don't bother. There are too many attorneys that actually do their job to fool around here.

As a team leader with 10+ agents this is the Worst DAMN attorney office ever. Two weeks after closing we are still chasing them down for agent commission that should have been paid at closing. When we asked Leanne Long for supervisor information to escalate zero response for entire week now.
