gave them my info and all my details. Expected a call and had no issues paying the 250.00 consultation fee. Never got a single call or message back. I guess my stuff was too small for them.

Came for a home closing. They were quick, thorough, and accommodating. They made sure the process was smooth.

Do NOT use this firm for your closing! They are non-responsive until 8 pm before the day of your closing. At that point, someone will call you and let you know what they're still missing which will be EVERYTHING! Leanne in particular is unprofessional as she lacks adequate business acumen to be in her role. She failed TWICE at requesting the payoff letter. I had to get involved and ask the mortgage company to expedite it on the day of closing. If you want to ensure a chaotic and haphazard closing that will continue to get pushed back THEN use this firm. If you want a smooth transaction I suggest you utilize a more professional firm.
