We bought an OpenDoor home in Atlanta in March of 2022 and O'Kelley and Sorohan handled the closing. On our closing statement, they miscalculated our property taxes and failed to collect the correct amount at closing. A year later, we get a smacked with a property tax bill double what was estimated on the closing statement. DO NOT USE THEM TO HANDLE YOUR CLOSING!!!!

Great folks and very, VERY honest!
I closed with them as attorneys for the transaction and many years later they alerted me to an accounting error in my favor and ensured I was made financially whole! It was like getting a killer community chest card in Monopoly! If / when I buy anything in the Southeast again, I hope they will be part of the process!
