Very rude gave me the run a round. Told me my wife could pick up my check then refused to give it to her saying my signature did not match. Will NOT be recommending them to ANYONE. Do not use them

A lazy no good firm, the paralegal in charge called me verbally abusive when I asked about child support leen that my caseworker determined I didnt have to pay but was holding up settlement. It takes a very long time to get ur check, u hardly talk to any lawyer and none of the people knows what they are talking too except rabecca who never will answer messages you leave and if and when she did was extremely rude, did not answer my questions and contradicted what my casemanager tol me and said the lawyers were too busy to talk to me

I do not like to rate no one but I WILL TELL YOU TO KEEP IT MOVING OR RUN...MY FAMILY WAS IN A WRECK ON APRIL 16 AND I CALL 1800 HELP AND THEY GAVE US BURROW..I SHOULD HAVE STAY AWAY FROM THEM... WHEN THEY DID NOT EVEN CALL TO WELCOME US OR THE BAD REVIEWS MY FAMILY WAS RELEASED FROM THE DOCTOR ON AUG.20 and WE CALL BURROW AN TALK TO OUR CASEWORKER ..SHE TOLD US IT WILL BE ABOUT 2 TO 3 WEEKS ..TO GET ALL OUR DOCTOR RECORDS AND BILLS.. BUT ONCE SHE GET THEM I WILL GIVE YOU ALL A CALL..WE SAID OKAY..4WEEKS PASS AND WE DID NOT HER FROM HER SO WE CALL..AND SHE SAID WE HAVE ALL YOUR RECORDS AND I WILL PRESENTED AN OFFERING AND I SAID OKAY..I CALL BACK ABOUT 2 WEEKS,TO FINE OUT WE HAD A NEW CASEWORKER ..AN SHE TOLD ME AND MY HUSBAND🤔 SHE WILL BE GETTING OUR DOCTOR RECORDS AND BILL TOGETHER😶(BUT REMEMBER THE OLD CASEWORKER TOLD US SHE HAD ALL OUR PAPER WORK)...SO WE REAPPLIED TO THE CASEWORKER OK..CALL HER 2WEEKS AFTER STILL WAITING ON PAPER WORKS..SO I CALL 1800 HELP 😶TO SEE IF WE CAN CHANGE ATTORNEY AND THE LADY REAPPLIED LET ME REACH OUT TO THEM BECAUSE IF YOU CHANGE ATTORNEY IT WILL TAKE LONGER..SO ABOUT.IN 10 MINUTES MS.REBECCA CALL AND STATED WE GOING TO GET YOUR FAMILY PAPER TOGETHER TO SUBMIT AN OFFERING(WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL 1800 HELP.). BUT IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS THE CASEWORKER CALL TO GO OVER OUR PAPER WORKS AND THE OFFERING WE GOING TO SUBMIT..SO IN 30 DAYS 🤔WE CALL AND THE CASE WORKER REAPPLIED THE INSURANCE CO.DID NOT ACCEPT THE OFFERING 😮SO THE ATTORNEY WANTED YOU ALL TO GO DOWN ABOUT 50000 DOLLARS ALOT BUT WE SAID OKAY..2 WEEKS LATER🤔THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THAT NEITHER SO ATTONERY DARRELL WOULD LIKE FOR US TO GO DOWN 5000 dollars. I REAPPLIED WE GO DOWN 2000 AND SHE SAID OKAY..BUT THE NEXT DAY I CALL TO SEE IF I COULD MEET WITH ATTORNEY DARRELL ..SO I MEET WITH MR.DARRELL AND THE CASEWORKER🤔🤐SO DARRELL BEGIN TELLING ME ABOUT MY CASE AND MY HUSBAND AND MR.DARRELL STATED HE HAVE NOT EVEN LOOK OVER MY BABY CASE..REALLY NOTHING POSTIVE 😕EVERYTHING NEGATIVE..DARRELL SAID WE MIGHT HAVE TO GO TO COURT BECAUSE THE INSURANCE COMPANYING NOT GOING UP AND I AM NOT SURE I WOULD WANT TO GO TO COURT BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY OUT ALOT OF MONEY AND I AM NOT SURE THE CASE WORTH IT..(DARRELL )I NEED TO THINK ABOUT IT...SO WOULD YOU WANT SOMEONE TO REPRESENT YOU IF HE NOT SURE...SO I HIRED A NEW ATTORNEY ..AND GUESS WHAT ?THEY DID A LIEN PRAY HARD BEFORE YOU GO HERE I WISH MR.DARRELL AND HIS TEAM ALL THE LUCK BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT OUT MY GOD SIT HIGH AND LOOK LOW BE CAREFUL..🤔🙏

First really sorry English is not my first language,but I try. First day of school a big commercial truck,hit the back of my SUV, I have to take my wife and son to the hospital. I call this lawyer he went to my house,send me right away to the therapist, we start going to therapy, that was the last time I spoke with him, from that point if I call in the morning they told me I have to call after 3 pm,about my case wait more than 10 minutes,and the manager of the office just told me my case is being dropped,because the insurance is claiming that I have more injury cases and is a fraud investigation. This was the first time someone hit me in the back of my car. Never ever I made a claim in the past about injuries. I have to pick up the police report and fax it to them,any time that I call ,we don't have it yet. I faund out who was the insurance company for the commercial driver, because this people were trying to do the claim on my insurance. What really piss me off is,when the lawyer when to my house he said don't worry we are professionals we will take care of you, don't worry about hospital bills or the therapist because we will help you out, now THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE IS SO POOR,THAT I CAN MAKE A GO FUND ME PAGE FOR THEM., I have now $12.000 in emergency room bills for my wife and son, and I'm the top of that I have to pay more bills for the therapist this guys send me. Now I don't know what to do. This people definitely make things worse.

My case has been open almost a year, and when I had a problem I was directed to Mr. Adam Long. He was apologetic, kind and very sympathetic to my issues....and quite thorough! He reassured me that my case was being handled as quickly as possible, and that if I ever had any more questions to talk to him directly! He helped me feel at ease about my choice!
