I must give extra strong praise to Charlena Thorpe for her work in helping me get my idea patented. The patent process can be a long journey but it is worth it. You must have a lawyer to help get you through this process so that you save money, time, and make sure that your idea is property submitted so that each piece and claim of your idea is correctly protected. Charlena is the only Patent lawyer I trust due to the results she made happen, the long hours she put it, her strong professionalism, ability to work within your budget without sacrificing quality, and her all wins and no loss record when it comes time to defend your patent after issue. A lot of the cost of a patent is government set in terms of filling costs and these costs can be expensive. However, Charlena’s fees are extremely reasonable (best I have seen) in this industry and she will not charge you crazy amounts that would add unnecessary burden to an already expensive process. Charlena also has a rapidly creative mind, which is a benefit as it allows her to quickly understand how your idea works and what it may need to become patentable. Do not think that you can only see her when you have a fully formed idea. She will help you with forming your idea into something that is patentable. If you have an idea you must start the process now because the back log at the USPTO is growing and the longer you wait the longer you will have to wait (and by then someone may have taken your idea ☹). Use Charlena now to ensure you are given the highest probability to get your idea protected!
