Lance Tyler is one of the most reasonable and reliable lawyers that I have ever worked with! You can tell by speaking with Lance that his number one priority is the reputation and livelihood of the people he works with. I can tell you that if you are looking for a lawyer who has dedicated his life and profession to helping others… Lance Tyler, is the man for you! He was recommended to me from a friend, and I am very glad that I have had the pleasure and benefit of having his professional skills on my side in this long stressful situation! He helped me in advising me of the route and path that was going to help me solve the situation as well as allow me to keep my drivers license. I contacted Lance after speaking to a few Lawyers on Avvo who shall remain nameless. My first impression was that he had a genuine concern and was eager to help me. His responses were always quick unless he was in court and even then he would have one of his associates Christina or Maggie speak with me. They were quite lovely as well. I never felt he didn't have my best interest at heart or wasn't actively doing his best to resolve my case. I had an outstanding warrant on a DUI that dated back 15+ years ago. Lance was the only lawyer who didn't tell me I either had to pay $4500, turn myself in, or wait the better part of a year to get it resolved. I told him that I was applying for a job that I would need an MMC, and needed the case to be closed to get it. And a couple months later, he did just as he promised. Now, thanks to Lance, in a just few short weeks I will be living the dream working on a cruise ship in Hawaii! There will be other lawyers that give you a grim outlook and say that, "Every other lawyer will say the same thing." Or, say that they're right and anyone else is just "telling you what you want to hear for your business." And if you have heard that I suggest you hang up the phone and call Lance. My son was in a terrible legal situation. I didn’t know where to turn for help. I received Lance’s mail out and knew he was the attorney for us. My son and I met with Lance and we immediately felt confident in his ability to win my son’s case. Lance took my son’s case to trial and got a mistrial the first time and an acquittal the second. He was so incredible in the court room that even the jurors were blown away by his knowledge and courtroom presence. I would recommend Lance to anyone. He is really caring and has a great staff too!

I would recommend Mr. Tyler, to anyone that has not only had or dealing with a DUI case but for any traffic law advice. Mr. Tyler and staff handled my case as professionals and even assisted me with other issues years after my case. Mr. Tyler made it easier to focus on everyday issues, such as family, my military past and maintain a normal life while my case was being handled. I am so grateful for the outcome that Lance and his team were able to get for me. Especially considering that my BAC was .094 from a blood test. I thought my case was over but Lance was able get my DUI charge reduced to Reckless Driving. I really appreciate his honesty when he considered that strengths and weaknesses of my case. This lawyer is straight up and will not sugar coat anything. He treats you as if you are family. Meaning he doesn't want no one to mess over you. Be as straight with him as he will with you, but don't give him crap, an attitude or your backside to kiss, he will drop you. Let him do what he is educated to do and who ever else you believe in up above (The most high one) in there hands. Straight to the point my life was about to be stripped away with no hesitation lawyers was researched and he had the highest respect out of all researched and met with. Not only down to earth but he can relate to your situation. If I had to make a commercial or advertise his company I would not just so you can hire him it's because I hired him and know first hand he won't play the radio. I didn't retain Lance because he met with me for hours to tell me how I could resolve my case without needing to retain an attorney at all! I had met with two others and they both wanted me to pay thousands for what Lance gave me for free! He knows absolutely everything about the law and is just a cool guy to talk to! I was charged with a DUI about a year & a half ago. After about a couple of weeks of calling around for an attorney to assist me & being rejected because of my income & at the moment being unemployed, Lance was very understanding & gave me the opportunity with him. His assistant Maggie, extremely professional & always willing to help or answer any questions without any trouble. Lance reduced my charge to a reckless driving. Only 6 months reported probation, reduced my fine from roughly $13,000 to $1000, dismissed community service, jail time, walked out with my license in my wallet & most importantly a peace of mind. All in all was extremely satisfied with his work & would most definitely recommend him to anyone in need.
