Well where can I start, I got rear ended by a big truck and had no idea what too do. I went to a chiropractor thinking that’s all I would need. They referred me to a different chiropractor who then referred me to Diego and his associates. They took me and my gf’s case that same day. And he helped us get our life back. Got us going to all the doctors we needed, and we didn’t have to pay a dime of our own money! He handled the situation 100% better then we would’ve had on our own, plus he got us what our case was really worth. So now we’re all better now and we got a nice compensation check for our pain and suffering. If I ever get in another accident I know exactly who to call. Thank you Diego! Oh and the communication was amazing, I would legit text Diego a question and not but 5 mins later he would already be calling me with answers to my questions.

I did not have a good experience. Communication was the largest issue. Taking initiative was the second issue. Accountability was the third issue. You can’t please everyone however you could treat everyone with the sense of urgency that they deserve. The fiduciary responsibility owed to me was not upheld which ultimately lead to me seeking new representation. I never met Mr. Carroll, I couldn’t tell you what he looks nor sounds like seeing as he never took a chance to reach out to the party members of my claim personally. I wish all people seeking representation under this firm the most humble of well wishes.
