I had a battery case and hired Michael Barber. Through the process I didn't have to stress. He went to bat for me when offered a plea with jail time, Mr.Barber got me non reporting probation. I will 1000% request Michael Barber and Associates.

Michael D. Barber represented me in court for a DUI. He attended all court dates a got the charge dropped quickly when my blood results showed I was under the legal limit.

December 24, 2022 I experienced a horrific ordeal with law enforcement. My ex wife who was residing with me at the time falsely accused me of the worst thing your partner can accuse you of. I was taken out of my home and charged with several felonies and locked up with no bond. I had suddenly been put in a circumstance where I could have spent the rest of my entire life in prison. I had a great job and good career whereby retirement was within my sites. All of a sudden all of that was jeopardized. My family and friends knew me very well and knew based upon my character that the charges were baseless so though my brother Michael Barbers law firm was hired. Michael immediately began working on my case and within two weeks I received a two hearings from the court which included a bond hearing and was granted a bond. I was able to keep my job that I had been on for 21 years. Michael kept working on my behalf which resulted in all charges being totally dismissed. Donna, Michael’s Chief Legal Assistant was always there when I needed questions answered, she kept me at ease with words of encouragement and comfort. My Brother could not have hired a better Law Firm to handle my case. I would recommend Michael D. Barber and associates to anyone having serious legal troubles. Once hired Michael immediately began working on my behalf, secured me a bond and worked to have all of my charges dismissed. When we first started at Michael D. Barber and Associates in October it was for another case, but of course things happen in life, and they come back. We called the office again because we had another situation that needed to taking care of before we can proceed with current case. Donna Introduced us to Attorney Mr. Rosenbloom who got on the job quickly and started the Motion for Dekalb County so my son can be release, but unfortunately due to the holidays people was vacationing and courts were closing and probation offices. Going through the holidays without your loved ones who is a father of 3 it was very hard, but we got through it. On January 11, 2024, Attorney Rosenbloom contacted me at 9: 57a.m and told me that my son had time served and his case in Dekalb County is finally Terminated after 3 years. I was so overjoyed to the point I had tears. Attorney Rosenbloom and his office did a great job and did keep me updated until the very end and even when he was sick, he still showed up to court for my son. I will always be thankful for him and his team. Now it's time for the current case and I am ready for that to get behind us. But one thing I can say I am very Grateful to Attorney Rosenbloom and his team. Thanks

1 star is generous because there was little to nothing positive about my experience. Communication was an ongoing issue as I struggled to get information from the case manager and the attorney was difficult/impossible to contact directly. My attorney, Brandon, was over an hour late for my court appearance and said he didn’t know until the morning of my court date that I would be facing additional jail time. That was never communicated to me prior my sentencing and I was told my initial time served should suffice. I expected more professionalism and was disappointed with the service throughout the process.

So thankful for Michael J. Barber and Associates...their whole team was great and Mr. Barber saved my working career with his Magnificent work! Thank Y'all so much and GOD BLESS!

Most I’ve ever paid for a lawyer and least satisfied. Caught my first DUI and still charged with DUI and also had to do jail time.(Douglas County) Seems like they barely looked at my case and barley any effort took to fight for me. I hired a lawyer to avoid what I ended up receiving anyway. Life and Career ruined pretty much. I think I would have been better off with a public defender. Do not make decisions purely based on google reviews when it comes to hiring counsel, I made that mistake. Do your research. THIS WAS NOT A FELONY ARREST THAT WAS MADE I GOT ARRESTED UNDER MULTIPLE MISDEMEANOR CHARGES. TOTALLY UNFAIR EXPERIENCE GEORGIA LAWS ARE MESSED UP. Good Luck
