I used him I regret it he charged me for showing up to court and we never went he charged me for dismissing a case that I went to and won with out him because he wanted to drag it out for who knows how long it was sad really when I realised I knew more than him scammer alert big time

I have used both Charles and Jeff for several years for both real estate closings and business litigation. Very rarely will you find legal counsel that will represent you with such passion and commitment to their clients. Their expertise and integrity is impeccable and I would highly recommend them.

I have used Mr. Peil for a couple of legal issues regarding stupid mistakes i've made in the past, and he has not let me down once. I contacted Mr. Peil about setting up a NFA firearms trust. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and had a very fast turn around time. I just received my first approval from the BATFE and had no trouble using the trust documents he created for me. In regards to forming a NFA trust, there is no other name that I would trust besides Mr. Peil. He provides an excellent service at a rate that enables anyone to gain the protection of a trust without being financially burdened. He is both knowledgeable and personable making the experience pleasant. I was able to have my trust in hand within 24 hrs of my returning required information. While there are services online offering template trusts at a cheaper rate, the small additional cost of having a competent attorney complete a personalized service is well worth the peace of mind it provides. Mr. Peil is very knowledgeable about the law, and really goes above and beyond by being creative and energetic, working to get the best result possible. He responds quickly to emails and returns calls quickly as well. I would highly recommend him.

I had Jeff write my NFA Trust. The whole experience was fantastic. He gave me an amazing product that's 10x better than anything these trust mills could churn out, and was incredibly cheap. Money well spent.
