Extremely disappointing. Messed up quit claim: got the incorrect address registered, got the original lost, not doing anything to fix it, not responding to my complaint. Now asking me to get their mess get fixed myself. It Had been better to file it myself than instructing them.

I’m not sure what service they provide other than a fancy place to sign your loan docs because when we had a problem it took my husband calling more than 5 times to talk to someone just for them to say that they don’t handle any problems after close.
