He knows how the system works and how to work the system. Honestly. Totally had my best interests in mind in resolution of my case. Best lawyer in Columbia County and Evans. All the judges, prosecutors and other attorneys know him and respect him and it shows in the results! He knows what he’s doing and how to execute his plans and make them work in your favor. Mr. Homlar is an amazing lawyer but beyond that an amazing person. Any situation you’re in he will put all his time and effort into it to help you. He was always helpful with answering any questions you have regardless of how minuscule they may seem. He would also always keep you updated and give detailed explanations of how your situation was going and all possible outcomes. Mr. Homlar had experience on both sides of the courtroom being a former top prosecutor for our area as a result he knows how the prosecution works and he can help you stay ahead. I received a ticket for violating the Georgia move over law. I would have had to pay $665 as well as go to court and miss work. Thankfully, Mr. Homlar was able to get my fine reduced in half, and I am able to pay it online without having to appear in court. It will also not affect my insurance. This was all taken care of within a couple days!
