PJ has been my lawyer for two separate cases and both times she has gotten me everything I wanted and more. She is always there to answer my questions, she even answered one of my questions about a different case on a Sunday which was New Year's Eve which she totally did not have to do but that shows how far and beyond she goes to help her clients. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great attorney.

PJ has gone above and beyond for years now for our family. Not only giving us individualized attention on the clock, but she has even rushed to our aid on the weekend while she is with her own children and family! We have been put through the ringer when it comes to attorneys, so we know the good, the bad and the ugly. Finding an attorney with compassion, kindness, blunt honesty and a work ethic to get things done is VERY DIFFICULT. I can say that we finally found all of the above, and then some, in PJ. I was severely injured in a car wreck and was hospitalized for 19 days. In the hospital, about every lawyer I've seen advertising on TV sent somebody to my room, (uninvited of course) to try to get me to sign their contract. I knew I needed an experienced lawyer for my case. I asked a friend who is a police officer if he knew an experienced lawyer. He told me that he had seen Kirk Gilliard in court many times and thought he would be a good lawyer for my case. I called Kirk Gilliard's office and he said he would come see me in the hospital. He came and met with me, but did not push me to sign a contract. I thought it over for a few days and decided I wanted a lawyer that "I chose for my care" not one who "chose me for my case." I could always reach him or his assistant easily. Because of my serious injuries and nearly 3 weeks in the hospital, I had large medical bills that I owed liens filed against me for medical bills. Kirk Gilliard settled my case for the maximum policy of $300,000.00 in less than 4 months! He then negotiated reduction of my medical bills and paid them so it did not harm my credit. At the end of my case, everything I owed was paid and I was significantly compensated for my injuries. I highly recommend Kirk Gilliard for anyone seriously hurt in a wreck.

I cannot express enough what an excellent lawyer and individual Mr. Gilliard is. My son was referred to Mr. Gilliard for a DUI charge. Before Mr. Gilliard could even address these charges my son received another DUI charge. At this time, my son had not finished paying Mr. Gilliard’s retention for the first charge. I became acquainted with Attorney Gilliard (Kirk) after being indicted on 16 felony charges - Yes 16! 1 count of conspiracy to commit medicaid fraud and 15 counts of medicaid fraud. You can imagine (or not) what I was about to endure at the moment of finding out this horrible news while experiencing defamation of my very being and the constant “what’s next.” For over a year, I learned Kirk. In closing, he told the jurors that they should find me not guilty of all 16 charges and at the end of the trail he would walk me to my car to send me home to my children - and he did just that! After his hard work and dedication, I was acquitted on all charges! He walked me to my vehicle and sent me home to my family. These several words that I have shared cannot express everything I could share, but I must say that I am very grateful to have had Kirk as my legal counsel!
