Mr Barbour and his staff were completely professional and simpathetic working with me. Calls were always returned promptly and that is so important when your are dealing with stress already! I highly recommend their services!

I would recommend Clint Barbour to represent me anyday. My experience with him was very professional and he made me feel comfortable to speak with him. My friend was charged with 6 felonies and was facing 30 + years!!!!! Needless to say, with Clint being so knowledgeable with the law, studying the case and conducting his own investigation, my friend was only charged with a lesser sentence of (2 years is the max) and was found not guility on the other 5 felonies that carried a max of 10 years or higher... Nevertheless, my friend, his family and myself are forever grateful for Clint and his staff with making sure he will be able to get a 2nd chance in life!!!!!!

I had no idea what to expect as this was my 1st divorce. Clint Barbour was kind and respectful. His knowledge of the law is impeccable. Every time I sent him an email, he responded quickly. My ex and I stayed out of court, but that does not mean that Clint did not work hard. The ex changed a word here and there on our contract probably close to a dozen times. Clint never complained that he had to re-write the contract. His fees were fair, unlike the ex's attorney who charged him every time he so much as thought about our case. Yes, I am exaggerating, but he did charge him a lot and really did nothing. Now the ex now wants to contest some things in our agreement after it is signed by the judge and has been final for 3 months. Clint has assured me that he will still be there for me and I do trust that he will be. He also assured me that the ex cannot just change his mind after the fact. I stopped by the office one day to sign a document and Clint was in court. One of the partners took the time to explain it to me so I felt comfortable signing. The entire staff was always pleasant and willing to work around my crazy schedule. They all, especially Clint, made this terrible experience as pleasant and easy as possible.

The team at BB&T Law continues to be the best that i've ever used. So much so, that I always send all of my referrals exclusively to BB&T. They are straight forward and to the point. One of the many things I like is that you are not only retaining one attorney for your case, but you are also retaining the expertise of the entire staff which includes all the other attorneys, paralegals and admins. In all of my cases, Clint Barbour relentlessly left no stone unturned, aggressively pursued all avenues and continuously achieved positive results. The staff is always available and quick to respond to your needs. In the world of legal expertise, I have learned that cheap is not always your best friend. Don't be afraid to spend a few extra dollars for adequate legal representation. The folks at BB&T are not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive, but they are definitely worth every dollar spent. If I was a gambler, I would definitely put all my chips on BB&T. The team of BB&T are definitely worth your consideration for legal representation. If you are serious about your case and you want results, give them a call.

Divorce is emotional. Clint couldn't have been more professional from the initial filing for divorce, decree process, post issues arising from contempt and the years of attention that splitting a family requires when the other party cannot decipher between right and wrong. He will keep his clients clearly pointed in the direction necessary while navigating the mind boggling court system and procedures. I have utilized this law firm spanning 2011 to 2017 and couldn't imagine using anyone else but Clint. This firm has always treated me above and beyond-- even when my emotions overcame my ability to maintain a professional decorum. You can expect to receive great representation, you will get honest possible/potential outcomes, and if you follow the advice of this firm, should you be wise enough to retain them, you will appear in the best light in the eyes of the court, remembering that the court decides matters brought before it. Clint and his partners did an outstanding job salvaging what could have been a disaster due to my previous attorney having dropped the ball. No divorce case is ever easy, but Clint gave invaluable advice as to what was important, and what was not worth fighting for.
