Last month, I tripped and fell in a local store. I have attempted to speak with an attorney or paralegal 5-6 times, and was only allowed to speak with an Intact person. This person took my fall history, then had someone else in that office read it, coming back and telling me either they weren't interested or did not handle my kind of case. I had nothing explained to me, just my case would not be taken by any of the attorneyys I called.
