We scheduled a consultation with Mrs. Holden because of her positive reviews on Google and her proximity to Gainesville. My family had asked to leave work an hour earlier for the meeting. She was rude to my family when explaining that our case was complicated and she cut us off during the consultation. She didn’t want to discuss other options for our case. We’ve consulted other immigration lawyers who have been cordial and taken the time to explain various immigration processes. We were in her office for less than 5 minutes and were charged $200. We didn’t mind paying the consultation fee but were disappointed at the lack of tact and customer service. Her assistant was friendly, not Mrs. Holden. The Spanish translation on her website also has grammar mistakes.

Agendamos una cita con la abogada Holden por las buenas reseñas que encontramos en Google y cercanía a Gainesville. Mi familia pidió salir del trabajo una hora más temprano para la consulta. Al entrar a la consulta, la abogada se portó muy cortante con nosotros. Fue grosera al contestarnos que el caso de inmigración era complicado. No quiso discutir otras opciones para nuestro caso. Su actitud nos desanimó a hacer más preguntas. Estuvimos en su oficina menos de 5 minutos y nos cobró $200 por la consulta. No fue problema pagar por la consulta, pero quedamos muy inconformes con su falta de tacto y servicio al cliente. Hemos tenido consultas con otros abogados que se han portado amables y se han tomado el tiempo de explicarnos varios procesos migratorios. Cabe notar que su asistente se portó amable, no la abogada. La traducción de su sitio web también tiene faltas de gramática en español.
