I contacted Nancy Glenn on the recommendation of another attorney. After my initial meeting with her, I knew this was where I needed to be. Both her and Nancy Powell were very detailed and ensured I knew what to expect during my SSDI process. Any questions I had were promptly answered and I was always kept in the loop. There was never a time that I wondered what was going on with my case. My Administrative Law hearing wasn't stressful because Nancy had the case and myself prepared. I knew what to expect. This was the most peaceful and most genuinely kind interaction with a law firm I have experienced. I personally worked with Oliver. Even though I had most of it taken care of (so I thought), Oliver provided some advice to assist my position complimentary. However, I went from 'taking care of this myself' to saying "I just don't have time for this." Oliver picked it up my case and after a few email exchanges to get information straight. I never had to speak to the insurance company again. And that is exactly what I asked for. Thank you. He also was able to triple my award. This is always a plus. I would recommend this team to anyone needing assistance in accidents, injury, or Medicaid / Medicare. While I hope not to need them again, This is where I will be going.
