I highly recommend Jason Burruss to anyone seeking legal advice. He is an excellent and confident attorney; listens to what you want, will work for it, and is not afraid to fight for it. I am very thankful I hired him!

I think he's a CROOK! My own lawyer tried to hang me! Pressured me from the start to plead guilty. My own attorney yelled at me for 45 minutes on the phone repeatedly cutting me off mid-sentence talking about consequences putting further pressure on me to plead guilty. I thought your attorney was supposed to help you? At that point I stop making payments. I have a personal friend who is also an attorney that told me he has a reputation for pressuring people into taking deals. When it came time for arraignment he continued to pressure me by telling me about all the bad consequences if I got caught driving without a license; even though we had already established I was eligible for a driving permit. He even tried to convince me to move my case into DUI Court which would have been more extensive consequences and greater fines. I think somebody has their hand in the cookie jar. I think something corrupt is definitely going on. I believe he's paying people at the Bonding Agency to recommend him. She was singing his Praises a little too high! After I fired him he actually had the stones to say that he wasn't going to come after me for the rest of the fee. He never settled the case. He didn't do anything but file for discovery which he read to me for the first time over the phone the evening before arraignment. He promised me that he would get the video and 911 calls for me but never did. If you want to lawyer that takes your money and does nothing this is the guy for you. If you want somebody to fight for you contact Chesney law firm in Buckhead. And per your comments about Troy Richardson; you have taken money and not settled my case. Where's my $600 refund? Then maybe you should keep better records then Mike!

Jason Burruss was a phenomenal help in court and mediation, and always had good advice and a positive attitude. The absolute best part of Weaver Law Firm, though, is hands down Michelle Mobley. She is AMAZING! Michelle was always patient with me and my (at times ridiculous) case. She would always take the time to answer any questions I had, and respond promptly to my emails. Integrity is defined as “the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness”. There is a level of integrity with Jason Burruss that is a rare quality with many. I live about three hours away from the Weaver Law Firm. I called with a question pertaining to a topic my daughter is working on for school, and had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Burruss. Without having an immediate answer, he asked me if he could email me some information on the subject. True to his word, he emailed me several links, that are loaded with info! If Mr. Burruss is as kind to a total stranger (that didn’t employ him and his services) to offer up help to a father trying to help his daughter with a project for school, I can only imagine how he (and the rest of those at Weaver Law Firm) treat their clients. Mr. Burruss, you help is more than appreciated. If more attorneys acted in the manners in which you did today, the stigma of “in it for money” would fade quickly. If I could give a higher rating, I would. I hope this review doesn’t go unnoticed by anyone looking for honesty.

I highly recommend Weaver Law Firm. They are very genuine people who care about your situation. I needed some legal advice and they provided a free consultation over the phone. They were not looking to scam me but gave me straight forward advice. I am very appreciative to Dan Parr for his help.
