I will just say this, you draw your own conclusion.
I hired them to represent me in a case, I was expecting to to have prep session with them prior to the hearing date. That never happened. I called in the afternoon preceding the hearing date (worried) I could not get a hold of anyone to tell me what to do or where do we meet etc.... when someone ,finally decided to call me back was to let me know that " I think we are going to take a lost". As my lawyer, that is not what I want to hear. I expect a , lawyer to fight for me in court not set my expectations to lose. And lose I did. After the other part laid their claims. I was advised not to take the stand because they don't have enough evidence to win; and that exactly what the other lawyer used against me, the fact that I did not bother to refute their claims. At that point, It was clear to me why I was told that we are going to lose.

It took 2 1/2 years for my divorce to be final.
Also during this period I had a violent ex and asked Mike for advice and he was like speaking to a wall. When we finally got to court I told him things that would help my case and he ignored me. Then he told me to stop acting like a bulldog and let him do his job. I was speaking to him gently and he turned his back so I spoke just a bit louder and that’s when he called me a bulldog. This guy is extremely rude and has horrible communication skills. DO NOT HIRE!

Mr. Weaver met with me as a walk-in without an appointment on a Monday afternoon to discuss my disabled adult son's legal needs and my potential appointment as his guardian. He was very professional, clear and concise regarding the complex needs of the situation. The conversation was very helpful and I did not feel pressured to make a decision that day. Thank You!
