Bob Coleman and his amazing personal injury team took control of my bodily injury claim following a hit and run collision. Like many people, I thought I'd just call the insurance adjuster for the at-fault driver and work this out on my own... WRONG! The insurance lady was completely nasty and went well out of her way to try to convince me that there was no way I could be injured. I now know first hand how manipulative insurance companies can be and they will try anything to pay the minimum amount on a claim. Lessley and Janne went above and beyond to collect my medical records, bills, photos, etc. and did a great job in proving to this insurance company how the wreck and my injuries affected my life. Bob was open and honest regarding expectations throughout the process. He was extremely diligent and strategic in his negotiations and would not stop until we reached a settlement that we were both happy with. I am extremely happy with the results I received from Bob, Lessley and Janne, they work together as a team and they get GREAT RESULTS!
