My experience with Rustin Smith was a relief when I had reached my end on dealing with dead beat insurance companies and their unwillingness to pay out what they clearly owed. I supplied him with my months of documentation to review and he did a fantastic job of navigating us through the problems we were having. We successfully avoided having to take our case to court as he was able to skillfully negotiate with the at fault insurance company to get us an agreeable settlement. I highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again if needed.
