Sykes starts out as sweet, aggressive, and knowledgeable, but the aggressiveness seems to wane as time goes on.

Everyone was very friendly and Mr. Calkins was very kind and patient with me.
He even came out and helped me negotiate the ramp, as I'm in wheelchair land right now.
