I recently had Ted Cassert as our attorney for my family's custody case. We were able to meet with him quickly and he explained the process so that we understood everything. He was quick with his response to the opposing counsel. Mr. Cassert was assertive with our family's best interest. In the end the case was dismissed from the plaintiff! I would highly recommend Ted for any legal needs. He was a blessing to me and my family and we were able to get the best outcome possible. His clerk Anna Kaye was wonderful as well. She helped answer any questions. She also provided us with forms/documents quickly when needed. They are a Great Team to work with!

Good luck getting anything handled in a timely manner. Getting a call back is nearly impossible. Things that were supposed to be handled in a weeks time turn into a month.

I was referred to this firm by another attorney. I called and asked for a consultation regarding discrimination against my disabled son. The receptionist said someone would get back to me within a day as they were in court. No response within a week. I called again and was told my request " probably " was sent to Mr McKinnon. I asked why I was not contacted nor updated. The person I spoke with did not know but said she would send another message to Mr McKinnon. After another week I called and asked why they didn't have the courtesy to provide status or even to let me know they did not want my business. A waste of time and effort on my part, a delay in resolution and clearly not in accordance with their websites statement on professionalism and respect.

Ted Cassert is amazing! He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney. He is professional and takes time to explain every detail, and really cares about his clients.
