Unfortunately this was not the first time I needed legal counsel, but fortunately for me I chose James and his team of Bridget and Ashley. From my first visit with Bridget it was clear I was in the right place by the attention that was paid to the details of my case. Any time I had a question about anything I could expect to get an answer from Ashley by phone AND email within a few hours of having asked the question. Any time we had a meeting scheduled Ashley would call ahead of time to remind me of such. I never had a meeting when I felt rushed, he always made sure to explain EVERYTHING in detail and take as long as necessary to do so. When time to go to court came it was nice knowing exactly where my lawyer was because he found me when he got to the courtroom before any other lawyers were there. James was very thorough in explaining exactly what questions were going to be asked by the judge and what my answers should be. These all sound like common sense practices, but sad to say a lot of firms out there do not show the same courtesy this team does in regards to your time and the nerves associated with a trial.

I had a great experience with Mr. Dutton and his staff. Specifically Bridget and Ashley, they were on top of my case. They were constantly emailing me updates. I have delt previously with several different attorneys that were disconnected and hard to get in touch with. . Also, I was very pleased with the resolution of my case. I would recommend this firm as I have found them to be Competent, reasonably priced and I got great results.

Best law firm in the business in my opinion. Ashley is awesome at keeping in contact! Bridget always makes you feel like you are the only client! I have dealt with this office for over three years, and they get personal with the client. Ashley and Bridget always put my mind at ease and told me to just breathe, I was in good hands. Lol. I was faced with what could have been a life altering situation, and those ladies always kept me grounded and reassured me. They made the experience SO much more bearable. I was a complete basket case, but, between Ashley, Bridget, and James, (along with Josh), I never had a doubt in my mind that I had hired the right attorneys office. You don't feel as if you are just a case number. I was treated with the utmost respect! And if I had ANY questions, no matter how dumb, they never made me feel like I was overreacting and asking stupid questions. I know lawyers get busy and you can't always talk to them personally, but, I could always call Ashley and her response would be, "I will find out and call you right back". And she would normally either call me back within the hour, or, Bridget would. VERY RESPONSIVE! I have never in my life been more impressed!

Mr. Dutton is an outstanding Criminial Defense Attorney. He worked very hard on our case and got it dismissed in court. His staff Bridget and Ashley are wonderful! They are very good at communicating with their clients and making sure that we were always informed about our case. They are a great team and I would recommend Mr. Dutton to anyone.
