Esquire Goldberg is highly recommended on my points. He was able to distill and synthesize copious information into actionable legal arguments which amounted to an enormous win on my side. Resolved an issue in 10 minutes at a hearing that had been a nightmare to me for over a year. A disciplined West Point grad yet very friendly to work with. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about our experience. Bob took the time to listen to my 88 year old mother and talk through all of her concerns and wishes. He is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Although some of mom's requests were a bit unusual, he listened, explained and gave us a finished product we are all extremely happy with. When we got in the car after the last meeting - we all cried with relief because it is such a weight off our backs! You owe it to yourselves and your loved ones to go see Bob and prepare for the future.

Mr. Goldberg, obviously, has extensive knowledge on retirement lgeal issues (e.g., trusts). I also liked the fact that he was in the military.

We met with Daniel today to discuss Living Trusts, Medicaid, and Wills. The meeting lasted 1.5 hours. The meeting was truly a success and our answers were answered. Daniel made our decision easy to make. We look forward to working with him and the practice for many years.
