My son and I were in a car accident in April 2022. I knew that with my injuries, I did not have the time nor stamina to argue with the at fault party's insurance. Once Pasley, Nuce, Mallory, and Davis took my case, I had no worries about anything. They were on top of absolutely everything. If I called too much with questions, Sierra and Lizzie answered my questions, asked about my son, and made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Both women were always nice and concerned about our well being. They followed up with every request, sent multiple pieces of correspondence to the many medical providers I saw, and just listened when I needed a listening ear. When we got to the point of making a demand, Mr. Nuce spoke at great lengths with me about my options. He explained them, answered my questions, gave me things to consider, and was fine with the decision I made. I never felt like I was a number with this firm. I was a person. My son was a person. They cared about our outcome just as much as I did. I can't say enough good things about them. I am just that pleased with Pasley, Nuce, Mallory, and Davis. I strongly encourage anyone looking for an attorney to use them. Now that my case is settled, I will use them for will preparation.
