I highly recommend Jody Sellers for trial or mediation. Jody exceeded my expectations in how well he handled my divorce case. While preparing for trial, he listened very closely to all of my concerns and goals. Prior to going to trial, he formulated a legal strategy that not only addressed all of my needs and goals, but went much further in several critical areas of the case. He answered my emails (and I sent many) usually on the same day...always by the next day. He always responded to my phone calls very quickly. He handled all legal documents and written communications with the court, the judge, and OP's attorney with speed and precision on every occasion. When we went to trial, he was even more impressive. Jody remained professional and respectful to me, the OP, and the Judge throughout the hearing. At the same time he was very very persuasive and effective when speaking with the judge and negotiating with the OP's attorney. Jody handled my trial with a rare combination of aggressiveness, professionalism, quick-wittedness, and respectfulness all in one package.
