Went in for Will creation. Took day off from work for 9am appointment. After waiting nearly 30min, nobody in office. Left vm on office phone. Went to eat across street. Came back 80 min later, office open. Said we where scratched off schedule. Sat through about 90min giving all details wanted in will. Attorney indicated it would take a few days to put together. Never heard back. After a couple weeks, I attempted twice to receive call back. Nothing! The attorney did not have the professionalism or courtesy to reply to follow up phone calls. I must owe for time spent in office?! What’s the bill counselor?

When I realized a divorce was quite possibly in my future, I reached out to Mr. Lance Owen's office and was scheduled for a consultation within the same week. He was very informative about divorce case law in our state as we went through a checklist of assets and debts. He was sympathetic to my situation and treated me with respect; almost like how he would treat his own family. We hired Lance for a divorce for our son. Lance went above and beyond. He treated the case as if it was his own son he was fignting for. I started my modification with another lawyer and felt I was getting no where due to poor communication and what appeared to be no progress. I then went to a consultation and spoke with Lance . The consultation was $250 which kinda threw me for a loop since my attorney at the time had no consultation fee when I hired him . YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . I hired Lance after sitting and speaking with him for over an hour ( even into after business hours ). Lance is one of the best ! He communicates, he knows what he is doing, and he is cautious of everything happening to ensure a better ability to win your case . Thankfully my case was settled before trial or mediation.
