I owe my deepest apologies to Daniel Moore for a negative review i had written early in my case . I was very frustrated and inpatient in the pace with which my case was going . I didn't realize that these thing's take time when done correctly. My case actually went to court and I couldn't have been more impressed and proud of how Mr Moore handled himself , my case and the courtroom in general. We won hands down. I actually felt sorry for the opposing counsel because my attorney was so well prepared , that it was a slam dunk . I want to thank him again for such a fine job . He will be my attorney for anything and everything from now on. Thanks Daniel

This guy handled a custody case recently for some family members...he demanded $5,000 up front did very little work settled with opseing counsel never stepping foot inside a court room...very poor quality service was never available when we called or went to his office and always took several days to a couple of weeks to get back to us.. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS GUY IS NOT WHAT HE ADVERTISED HIMSELF TO BE IN MY OPINION A CUSTODY CASE WHERE YOU DO NO PI WORK NEVER STEP BEFORE A JUDGE AND HAVE ONLY ONE DEPOSITION IS BOUT A $2,500 CASE AT BEST......I REALLY HOPE THIS SAVES SOMEONE ELSE FROM BEING SCAMMED BY THIS LAWYER

I retained Mr. Moore for $10,000.00 to handle my divorce case. He will not return emails or calls for weeks. Will not work for the interest of his client. Allowed the other side to run the entire case and drag it out for a year. Refused to let it go before the judge then told me to settle if ai wanted out because it was the best I was going to do. So my children and I got railroaded, because my ex had more money to pay out to get what he wanted. Now we'll over a year later Mr. Moore refuses to give me an itemized bill, even trying to scare me off telling me ai owe him more. He says my retainer ran out before my case settled and I owe. He will not tell me how much nor show me proof of where he ever informed me of this. He did not.
