I have hired Mr. White, on two separate occasions, for two cases in different fields of Law. Not only did he exceed my expectations of any decent Attorney, but he has proven to be an Ethical, Law-abiding, Compassionate human being, as well. He is well educated and very knowledgeable in several areas of the Law. Society has a defamatory outlook on Lawyers as a whole. However, I can assure you, Mr. White, DOES NOT fit the mold. It is a pleasure to work with and to know him.

Tim White was of great service to me in handling my *monstrous* crime of going 70 MPH in a 55 MPH on the 515 in Pickens County (Maybe they should change the name to "Slim Pickens" if they're that desperate for ticket quotas). Firstly, during the free consultation, Mr. White explained every avenue of action we had to available handle the matter. His confidence and knowledge was evident in our conversation and cemented my choice in hiring him. Once hired, Mr. White started out by attempting to get this matter handled (legally) outside of court. He was honest with me upfront and said the odds were not good for this happening, due to Pickens not having a dedicated judicial staff (They actually moonlight as lawyers themselves, yee-haw!). He assured me they wouldn't review the cases till the day of court. Mr. White tried as he said he would, and it went as he said it would: we had to wait to go before a judge. I was not disappointed, however, because Mr. White was able to prepare me for this happening ahead of time. Mr. White's knowledge of the lay of the land and how events will unfold is a wonderful thing. Hiring this man means you'll get things handled AND it will be done quickly. I arrived early at court this morning and Mr. White was waiting for me there. I cannot tell you how many other people I saw claiming in court that their lawyer was late or stuck in traffic. Mr. White was the only lawyer who was there on time, ahead of time, and just in time when the judge called my name. Ultimately, Mr. White got my ticket reduced so I accrued no points on my license. I still have to pay a fine, but this is inescapable and I've learned no one gets their fine reduced when it's on the lower end. Another fact I picked up from Mr. White. I should also mention Mr. White was also gracious enough to reduce his costs because of specific factors in my case, which I deeply appreciate. Mr. White has my highest recommendation.

Mr. White has handled three flood claims for me involving my home. Every one was very complicated and required many months to settle. What's worse, there were three insurance companies involved with each flood claim. My living in a high-rise condominium made the claims even that more difficult. Mr. White did absolutely everything to get me all the money I deserved and more. No details were overlooked. Over the years, Mr. White has assisted me with many financial matters. His fees are incredibly reasonable for all the work he does. Never once am I left wondering what's happening with matters he handles for me. He always calls me whenever something happens and often calls even when nothing's happening. This, I find very professional and reassuring. I completely trust this lawyer.

July 4, 2016. That was the day Mr. White called me back. A holiday. That was when I knew I was choosing him to represent me. He was professional, attentive and calm from day one. It was a serious case and he made sure I understood all my options and all the possibilities. His fee is competitive and fair. On the day we finally went to court he was greeted with respect from everyone we came in contact with, he again made sure I was aware of everything that would and could happen and he got me out of there quickly and with a fair plea deal. I would use him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone who has a need for intelligent, professional representation.

Not all cases are multi million dollar settlements, in fact most are not. But that doesn't mean they are not just as deserved. We won my case against a VERY bad insurance company. My injuries were valid but not extensive and could have been argued that they were ore-existing since I was just out of the walking boot after Achilles surgery. What impressed me most about Mr White was that I got the attention like my case was the biggest thing in his career. He answered questions quickly and made sure I understood before moving on. He went into great detail sometimes, just to be sure I understood and was comfortable before I made my decisions. In the end he was generous with his fees and I felt he worked harder than what he got paid for. I didn't know Tim at all before this case started and I was never involved in a injury case before, But if I ever have a need again, He would be my first call. I recommend him highly.

Tim helped me with a traffic stop that I feel was unfair. i think he is a great reference and easy for a client to talk to. I also think Tim is honest in regards to what you think can be achieved. He works fast and really communicates well. I recommend.

I first met Timothy White several years ago when he was a public defender in Pickens County, Georgia. He represented my daughter and he did an excellent job, both at that time and later. It was a complicated situation with a lengthy probation involved. When, years later, she violated her probation, racking up separate charges in another county, we called Timothy White, who was no longer a public defender, but a private attorney. He was incredibly helpful and wasted no time getting her out of jail and into a facility and situation far more helpful to her in the long run. This attorney is not only sharp as a tack, he has a sense of who his clients are. He sees them as people, not as their crimes. He has an uncanny ability to understand the effects of the Criminal Justice System and its potential to rehabilitate, not just punish. He has a great sense of humor, which goes a long way in stressful situations, and his fees are more than fair. I hold him in the highest regard and would and do recommend Timothy White to anyone in need of legal representation or advice. He is excellent. They don't come any better!
