Ms. Kirby was hired to handle my divorce case as I thought she would. I hired her last year 2018 coming into 2019 my case was never filed in any courts as she told me it was he was never served she is a liar. I had to hire another lawyer April of 2019 to file my divorce and pay more money and by the way Ms. Kirby was paid up front. Thanks alot for the headache that you have caused.

This attorney is alert, intelligent and responsible. She gets to the bottom of things quickly. She is cordial and everything she does is completely within the realm of reason.and she is highly efficient. Can't go wrong with her. Please do!

I hired Ms. Kirby to handle my bankruptcy and found not only a good attorney, professional, but also a good person who was understanding of the plight I was going through. Ms. Kirby and her legal assistant dealt with me as a person, answered all my calls, explained to me everything that was going on and even offered to drive me to court on my hearing day. Great attorney, great experience with both her and her assistant. Highly recommended.

I am seeking a divorce from my husband who is serving prison time for a drug conviction. When I requested supervised visits only, she made the comment that she couldn't tell his mother that she wasn't allowed to go to the store. She showed very little concern for the welfare of my children, even though I told past stories that justified my concerns. She emailed the papers to me, and left out the part about supervised visits. When I replied stating that and asking a few additional questions I got no reply. I made several phone calls, leaving messages each time with no return call. When I finally reached her - on the 4th phone attempt and two emails, she suggested that I get a new lawyer who will word things like I want them. When I said that wasn’t what I was saying she told me that's what she was saying. That she was really busy right now and I didn't have time for this. After a month of trying to contact her, time off work, and paperwork filled out, I am back to the beginning
