5/8/2019 So, basically I'm sitting at an intersection patiently waiting to turn left. Then BOOM, POWW, BANG REAR ENDED!!! Fast forward after all the technicalities someone said get an attorney. I googled and read many reviews and M&M seemed legit. Mrs. Kelly reached out and scheduled a consultation. She kept us in loop of everything via phone calls and emails. That's a plus to me. Long story short. We were kept aware of nearly every aspect of the ongoing case. M&M always checked with us to make sure we were in agreement with the terms etc. Now, I'm not saying M&M is perfect. I am saying I like the communication on my case and what to expect. Case started February 2018, case closed August 2018. Finally, getting to the nitty gritty 😏 Would I use M&M again? YES!!! HORRIBLE DROPPED ME IN MIDDLE OF CASE AND MY GRANDMOTHER DIED WHILE THIS WAS GOING ON AND THEY HAVE NO CARE IN THE WORLD I WAS UPSET ONE DAY ASKING QUESTIONS BC I REALLY NEEDED TO GET CASE AHEAD AND THEY DONT LIKE WHEN YOUR ADAMANT ABOUT YOU CASE PLEASE JUST STAY AWAY FROM HERE IM STILL IN A SITUATION AND CASE HASN'T BEEN CLOSED JUST STAY AWAY I HAVE ALSO BEEN BLACKBALLED BY THEM AND THEY WILL TELL OTHER ATTORNEY DONT HELP YOU JUST STAY AWAY ! DEBBIE HAD TOLD ME SO WHAT PPL DIE EVERYDAY WHEN I WAS EXPLAINING MY SITUATION THEY ARE NOT PATIENT NOT UNDERSTANDING AND ALL FOR SELF JUST STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

The staff here is wonderful! They have helped me through each step of my case and are very easy to talk to and always provide helpful answers. They have made this process much less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone suffering from a vehicle collision.

I hired this firm for my 8yo, she was involved in a slip and fall accident during the ice storm. I had no clue how this would go once I signed the contract. The owner of the establishment wouldn’t provide me with any insurance information and he went back on his word to pay her medical expenses of $400 (which later turned into $100). Anywho, maybe 3 months after hiring M&M they were able to contact his insurance company, and 8 months later it’s settled. Joe kept me informed from the time I signed the contract to now. And when signing the settlement agreement I was given a detailed list of expenses. I’m very satisfied with the service here!
